Seon Mook Shin
Program Director
Dr. Shin earned his DMiss at Fuller Theological Seminary and serve as the program director of the TCP. Dr. Shin has taught spiritual formation and leadership courses for many years and published Grace Driven Change (2019), which describes transformation through spiritual practices and dispositions. Dr. Shin will be responsible for the coaching leadership training, organizing, and facilitating the workshops for the TCP.

Yoon Jung Choi
Program Faculty
Dr. Choi earned her Ph.D. at Biola University and is a well-known scholar, writer, and speaker in the Korean community and is an expert in Korean immigrant family and intercultural approaches to education and spirituality. Dr. Choi will be responsible for promoting the TCP in the larger Korean community, evangelism, social outreach activities, and organizing and facilitating the small group leader training (SGLT) program for the TCP.

Jong Sung Nam

As the former Executive Director at WEMA, Dr. Nam has qualified skills and experience in networking and developing meaningful relationships with many churches. Dr. Nam earned his Ph.D. at Fuller Theological Seminary, with a focus on the development of worship and other practices from the Early Church. Dr. Nam will be responsible for Biblical and Theological Principles of the small group ministries and organizing and facilitating each annual conference for the TCP. Having been an active member in church ministry for over 20 years, Dr. Nam is well-versed in various practices in small group ministries.

Seoyoung Kim

As an active member of the American Theological Library Association (ATLA), Kim has contributed by authoring a chapter in the Introduction to Theological Libraries (ATLA Open Press, 2020). Kim will be responsible for managing and assessing data collection, consistent reporting, and evaluating goals and outcomes for the TCP.
