Seon Mook Shin

Program Director

Dr. Shin earned his DMiss at Fuller Theological Seminary and serve as the program director of the TCP. Dr. Shin has taught spiritual formation and leadership courses for many years and published Grace Driven Change (2019), which describes transformation through spiritual practices and dispositions. Dr. Shin will be responsible for the coaching leadership training, organizing, and facilitating the workshops for the TCP.

Kyeongjun Kim

Program Faculty

He earned Master’s degree in Healing Counseling and in Divinity at Chongshin University, Master in Christian Counseling at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary. He has taught the integration of theology and psychology and counseling courses. He also served as a pastor in charge of family ministry at Choonghyun Mission Church and served as the director of the Korean American Counseling Center (KACC) and Santa Fe Counseling Center. He has a keen interest in forgiveness healing and has published related papers in the Journal of Gospel and Counseling. Currently, he is a Licensed Psychologist in California and a Supervisory Counselor in the Korean Evangelical Counseling Society.

Jaebyung Yoon

Program Faculty

He studied Theology at Hapdong Theological Seminary and he studied at Fuller Theological Seminary (Doctor of Ministry and Doctor of Global Leadership ). He has certificates of PCC (ICF), KPC (KCA), BCMC (CMI), and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. He represented and led pastoral and counseling departments at various subsidiaries of E-Land Group, including E-Land Retail, E-Land Park, New Core, E-Land Fashion, Production, T-Mae, F&B, and overseas business divisions. He is a professional coach (with more than 1000 hours of practice) As a coach, he is a warm communicator and coach who loves people and encourages others.

Kim will be responsible for managing and assessing data collection, consistent reporting, and evaluating goals and outcomes for the TCP.
