월드미션대학교 소그룹 사역 센터는 지역 교회들이 소그룹을 조직하고 운영하는 데 있어 필요한 사역자 훈련을 지원하기 위해 위탁 교육 프로그램을 제공합니다. 이 프로그램은 각 교회의 철학과 구조를 존중하며, 맞춤형 교육을 통해 실제적인 사역 역량을 갖춘 리더를 세우는 것을 목표로 합니다.

The Small Group Ministry Center at World Mission University offers a training program designed to help local churches effectively train their small group ministry leaders. This program provides customized training tailored to the specific context and philosophy of each church. Our goal is to equip leaders who are grounded in both the theology and practical skills of small group ministry, while respecting and supporting the unique vision of each church.

교육 방식과 철학

  • 맞춤형 교육 제공
    각 교회의 소그룹 사역 현장을 직접 방문하여, 해당 교회의 사역 철학, 조직, 훈련 방식을 듣고 이해한 후 그에 적합한 교육 프로그램을 구성합니다.

 

  • 교회와의 긴밀한 협력
    교육은 월드미션대학교의 교수진 및 전문 강사진이 담당하며, 각 교회와 협력하여 최적의 훈련 환경과 내용을 구성합니다.
  • Customized On-Site Training
    We visit churches interested in training and first listen to and understand their small group ministry philosophy, structure, and training model. Based on this understanding, we develop a training plan that is customized to their needs.
  • Collaborative Ministry Partnership
    The training is delivered by experienced faculty and professional instructors from World Mission University, working in close partnership with the church to offer the most effective learning experience.
