회중이 많이 약해졌고 조금씩 회복하고 있다. 그러나 코비드는 우리 삶을 살아가는 방식을 여러면에서 흔들어 놓았다. 교회 회중이 다시 활력을 회복하기 위하여 중요한 사역 중에 하나는 소그룹 사역이다. 기독교 교회 역사를 보면 회중 속에는 여러가지 모습으로 소그룹이 존재해 왔다. 신학과 시대상의 변화에 따라서 다양한 목적과 방식으로 소그룹은 존재해 왔고 지금도 많은 교회 속에서 소그룹 사역이 진행되고 있다. 그리고 어찌보면 지금은 소그룹 사역이 가장 중요하면서도 동시에 가장 큰 도전을 맞이하고 있다. 이런 시대를 맞이하여 소그룹 사역의
가장 기본적인 것들부터 점검하고 세워나가는 것이 필요할 것이다. 소그룹 사역에 여러가지 중요한 측면들이있지만 모든 유형의 소그룹 사역에서 공통되는 가장 중요한 핵심은 소그룹 지도자들이다. 소그룹 지도자들이 건강하고 소그룹 사역에 필요한 기본 역량을 갖추게될 때에 소그룹 사역이 활성화되고 교회 회중이 활력을 얻게 될 것이다.
Today, the Christian church faces various changes and challenges both internally and externally. Following the COVID pandemic, church congregations have significantly weakened but are gradually recovering. However, COVID has disrupted many aspects of how we live our lives. One of the key ministries for revitalizing church congregations is small group ministry.
Throughout the history of the Christian church, small groups have existed in various forms within congregations. Depending on changes in theology and the context of the times, small groups have served diverse purposes and methods, and even today, many churches continue to engage in small group ministry. In fact, small group ministry is currently facing its most critical and challenging period.
In this era, it is necessary to reevaluate and rebuild the foundational aspects of small group ministry. While there are many important aspects of small group ministry, the most critical and common factor across all types of small group ministries is the leaders of these groups. When small group leaders are healthy and equipped with the essential competencies required for small group ministry, these ministries will thrive, and church congregations will regain their vitality.
