Instructor: Dr. Jeong Wonbeom (Professor Emeritus, Daejeon Theological Seminary). The WMU Small Group Ministry Center offers the "Spiritual Formation in Small Group Ministry" workshop for small group leaders and ministers. This course cultivates balanced spiritual capacity — meeting God deeply, discovering the true self, becoming like Christ, building one another up, and living a life of love and service in the world — within small group ministry. Objectives: (1) Understand Christian spirituality and spiritual formation; (2) Shape small groups into spiritual communities; (3) Experience diverse spiritual disciplines; (4) Develop capacity to apply spiritual disciplines to small group ministry; (5) Extend spirituality into everyday, vocational, social, and missional life. Overall structure: Understanding spirituality → Self-discovery → Encountering God → Spiritual formation → Community → Discernment → Discipleship & mission Schedule: Every Monday, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM PST / 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM KST (October 12 - November 30, 2026 / October 13 - December 1, 2026 KST) Format: Online via Zoom
