Pastoral Forum

Purpose 목적

소그룹 사역 센터에서는 변화하는 목회 현장 속에서 지역 교회의 활성화를 위한 목회자 포럼을
준비하고 있다. 포스트 코비드 시대에 목회 현장이 변하고 있는데 그 속에서 하나님의 선교에
참여하는 사역을 위하여 함께 연구하는 모임이다. 지역 교회를 섬기는 목회자들이 모여서 함께
교제하면서 목회 비전을 새롭게 다듬고 그 비전을 이루어 나아가기 위한 실제적인 방안과
절차들을 새워나아가는 시간이 될 것이다. 1차 포럼은 2025년 6월 9-11일에 걸쳐서 2박 3일로
팜스프링 A 호텔에서 진행될 예정이다. 첫번째 포룸에서는 변화 이론인 Theory U 와 지도력
이론인 Why를 가지고 신선묵 교수의 발제가 있을 예정이고 참석한 목회자들이 각자의 목회
비전을 나누고 구체적인 실행계획을 세워나아가는 모임이 될 것이다.

 

The Small Group Ministry Center is preparing a pastoral forum aimed at revitalizing local churches in the changing pastoral field. In the post-COVID era, the pastoral landscape is shifting, and this gathering will be a study session to engage in ministries that participate in God’s mission. Pastors serving local churches will come together to fellowship, refine their pastoral vision, and develop practical steps and procedures to move forward in fulfilling that vision. The first forum will take place from May 5-7, 2025, over a 3-day, 2-night event at the Palm Springs A Hotel.

 

At the first forum, there will be a presentation by Professor Seon Mook Shin on the change theory, Theory U, and the leadership theory, Why. Pastors attending the forum will share their pastoral visions and work on developing concrete action plans for their ministries.
