2025 LA Conference

Today, the Christian church faces various changes and challenges both internally and externally. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, congregations have significantly weakened but are gradually recovering. However, COVID-19 has shaken many aspects of our way of life. One of the key ministries to help churches regain their vitality is small group ministry.

The World Mission University Small Group Ministry Center, in collaboration with the Story On Coaching Center, will host the 2025 Annual Small Group Ministry Conference on March 27, 2025 (U.S. time). The conference will be held via Zoom under the theme, “Coaching and Counseling in Church Small Group Ministry.”

The World Mission University Small Group Ministry Center conducts research and provides support to help churches, particularly in revitalizing small group ministries, as they face various challenges in the post-pandemic era. The Story On Coaching Center is an organization dedicated to spreading a coaching culture within local churches.

At this conference, experts in coaching and counseling will present papers on the importance and methods of coaching and counseling in church ministry. Additionally, the case of Chungsin Church (Pastor Lee Jun-ho), which has successfully integrated coaching into its ministry, will be shared.

There is no participation fee for the conference, but participants must complete a pre-registration form and submit an evaluation form after the conference.
